Let's Talk About Press Handstands!

Hi friends!

Press Handstands is a movement that I never ever thought I would get even close to doing in this life time. As a child I was not athletic and not physically strong. The strength elements in the yoga practice was always super challenging for me but with consistency and patience, I started to feel stronger stronger. This took a VERY long time! I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 15 years old. It’s been a while!! So, lack of strength plus having scoliosis convinced me that I will never be able to find balance on my two little hands. What lies I told myself! In this video, I share some ways that helped me to unlock this movement in my body and how I realized that I am much stronger than I ever thought I could be. Enjoy :)
