ASANA of the week: BAKASANA
This one is dedicated to one of my favorite poses, Bakasana! It took me years of practice to be able to balance on my hands but I didn't give up. So if you are finding it challenging to lift both feet off the ground in this pose, my TIP for you is to stack some books (or blocks if you have those) under your toes so that you can still practice holding the SHAPE of bakasana with your body while having your toes supported. Then slowly slowly you can practice lifting one or 2 feet off the books.
Oh and another tip: BE PATIENT!
Remind yourself that balancing on your hands does not make you a better person so don't stress out about it ;) Hope this was helpful!
